Meet the Dallas-based Couple Behind Woodland Hills

Hi! We are Scott and Natalie Cross, owners of the exclusive new development Woodland Hills. Woodland Hills is nestled at the base of the Kiamichi Mountains in Hochatown, Oklahoma, minutes from Broken Bow Lake in McCurtain County. We’ve owned this property for years and are now developing the land into secluded lots that are perfect for families building a second home or purchasing investment property.

We are passionate about our unique and beautiful property and enjoy sharing it with people who feel the same way! Since beginning to develop Woodland Hills, we’ve completed and sold four phases with the next one coming Q4 of 2020

When Scott and Natalie aren’t at Woodland Hills enjoying their deck-fireplace with their dog Annie, they’re at home in Dallas, Texas, where they reside in the Kessler Park neighborhood of historic Oak Cliff. Scott’s a retired software sales director while Natalie continues to operate her Dallas-based pottery business, Your House or Mine.

Woodland Hills Debuts its Newest Cabin 'California Dreaming' in Broken Bow, Oklahoma

We are excited to announce the latest luxury cabin in Woodland Hills, ‘California Dreaming’, designed by Dallas-based Your House or Mine. ‘California Dreaming’ is a contemporary A-Frame that is nestled on a beautiful 2.6 acre secluded lot. The cabin is roomy (both inside and out) with a 2,365 sq. feet interior and a 36-foot wall of windows which fill the space with natural light. The outside has three separate patio’s making up 1300 sq. feet. The back patio has a great view of a beautiful seasonal creek featuring a natural waterfall and comfortably sits 10 adults for outdoor dining. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends and family around the outdoor gas tabletop fireplace or the gas grill while your grill master cooks your steaks just right.  The 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin sleeps 10 and the large heavily wooded lot allows you to relax in nature without the sites and sounds of other cabins close by.
