As of September 2019 we have sold 19 of 31 available lots in Phase 1. We only have two lots left (17 and 19) with great long range western views of distant mountain ranges. These types of views are extremely rare in the Hochatown, Oklahoma area. We do still have five lots with creeks, two lots that are over 4 acres, and 6 lots that offer an extra element of privacy by bordering the Weyerhaeuser timberlands.
