Woodland Hills has sold out of the first four phases including The Bluffs Phase and The Creeks phase that were both opened this year. We had record sales in each quarter this year and several new builds are underway. It is exciting to see the type of owners that have invested in Woodland Hills with most building modern cabin designs with lots of windows and natural light to take advantage of the beautiful views, private lots, and interesting topography in Woodland Hills.

We will be opening up the next phase in Q4 of 2020, it will be called Woodland Bluffs phase 2. It will consist of 23 lots with a mix of lots with long range western facing sunset views, several creeks lots, and the majority have large mature trees that are both hardwoods and pines.
